The columbary was constructed and the mausoleum was renovated. The work by Engr. Elmo Dellosa was ok. I had a hunch at the start that his price was quite high so I kinda expected something of a quality that would match, but ultimately I am satisfied with the results and would not like to dig deeper into the matter.
- Burial permit from City Hall, 50 pesos, done.
- Interment fee, about 6000 pesos, done.
- Etching of marble vault cover, 2400 pesos, done.
As a slight afterthought, I decided that I would like to have the muddy garden areas flanking the mausoleum pathway to be landscaped with bermuda grass by the park’s caretaker, Randy. A total of 8 plots, a cost of P700 per plot to install and P600 per month to maintain. I paid for 6 months in advance.
I also went to Wilcon Builders. I bought an outdoor padlock. I must remember to pass a key to Randy.
