The filter housing must be depressurized before opening. Use the relief valves on the bag filters and pumps. Check that the pressure gauges indicate 0 PSI. (See guide notes on the operation of the pumps.)
For A-SYS and B-SYS, each has three (3) bag filters in series. Note the sequence and the order of flow starting from the 1st unit is: 100um > 50um > 25um.
For C-SYS and Q-SYS, each has two (2) bag filters in series. Note the sequence and the order of flow starting from the 1st unit is: 100um > 50um.
